I'm setting up a mixing station using 2x 75 gallon water storage containers made by Norwesco.

Pump Type: I want to use an external pump. Either Iwaki or Pan World

Iwaki:

Pan World: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/pumps-plumbing/external-pumps/panworld.html

Travel Distance: I will need to pump saltwater & freshwater from my garage to my living room. (about 25 ft distance) and up two stairs and then the height of the tank which will be about 4ft.

Total distance: 25-30 ft
Total Height: 6.5 ft

Any thoughts?

The pressure rated pumps are what you need. Panworld 200ps or 250ps should work. Iwaki MD70RTL or MD100RTL should work. Your choice.

I use a Jebao 4000 pump. It pumps about 30 feet from my garage mixing station into the house with a rise of about 6'. Works pretty good. Consider using one of those RV hoses for drinking water. Regular garden hoses have chemicals and fittings that may not be good for your fish and tank.

Pan world is a good option... i have mine setup on pan world 40 px (480 gph) for 4 ft vertical and 18 ft horizontal with no issues.

I use the Pan World to not only pump water from the garage to the tank, but I can also flip valves and suck water from the sump and pump it outside to my down spout. Works flawlessly and does so with a good amount of pressure.

Either the Iwaki or Pan World will do very well... try and find one to meet your specs on the used market. These are tanks that typically run for decades. They can get noisy, but with infrequent use, it is Ok to save a few bucks.

These are wonderful pumps that define reliability.
