Hi,

So I'm building my new mixing station for my 300 gallon display tank. I have 2 containers that each hold 210 gallons of water.

I have a panworld 100px pump from my previous 35 gallon mixing station, and I'm wondering what kind of pump or if the 100px is strong enough to mix 210 gallons.

If it isn't strong enough which is what I'm expecting I'm looking for something cheap since i already sunk to much money in it at this point

Any advise is welcome

The containers are about 7 feet tall so that will be my head pressure. I'm doing AWC so I don't need the pump to pump anywhere else.

I have 0 issues using a 100px in my mixing station @ about 7 feet of head. It is a little slow, but I supplement the pump with a coupel korralia nano's in the mixing barrels.

So the amount of water doesn't really matter? Assuming it just takes longer to mix?

Yup.

I went from 25G mixing station, to over 70G. No problems other then slightly slow. I'm assuming it's the head pressure, but it does work just fine.

Vectra one or small Iwaki would be dependable units also Azoo units

If you find 70G already mixing slow then 3 times that amount must take forever

Sorry I was wrong.....

Just went to look because 100px didn't sound right to me, I have the 50px. Half the pump, so I think you should be fine.

Okay I'll guess i give it a shot and see can always change it out.

Thanks
