Mixing station.

Bought 2 food grade barrel's today for my mixing station. They had olive's in them. Theirs is a serious smell in these and theirs a film of grease everywhere. I put some water in them and a some vinegar. Will I be able to use these? If not no biggie they were 12 bucks a piece. TIA.

I'd consider looking around for containers made for "Drinking Water storage." They have better quality plastics that resist odors, etc.
