Mixing substrate

I have 3/4 a bag of coarser grade Caribsea coarser 'special grade' substrate, and I'm wondering if it'll be fine to mix it with a full bag of Caribsea direct ocean sand substrate with it rather than waste the 3/4 bag that I already have. I don't typically mix substrates, so not sure how it'll look, or if it has any negative impact.

Shouldn’t have a negative impact, and mixing those two together should end up looking uniform
