So I want to get some wrasses from an online vendor but they only list the name and not the gender. I'm assuming they're males because of their bright colors and patterns. Can I mix these wrasses together if they're males: Tonuzu, Solar Fairy, and Tri-Color? I have a 75 gallon aquarium.

I dont know what species the tri-color is, I've never heard of that for a wrasse, but the Tonuzu and solar should be fine as long as you have a cover over the top of your tank. They will jump sooner or later.

the tono's i would not want to put in a tank that small with the other two fairys..tonos are very aggressive on of the more aggressive fairys..the tri-color and solor should be fine...keep in mind when mixing fairys you want to mix up color and size

My favorite tank is one at a Memphis LFS. He had something like 46 wrasses in a 240 or something of that size (not to mention a plethera of Anthias). I love staring into that one (pairs or doubles of most of the Macrophyrngodon species...).

I've got C. lanceolatus, C. katherine, and C. rubrimarginatus and they're all males coexisting peacefully, for the most part. Gonna try to add more as well but gotta find just the right ones.

Thanks for the replies! My AGA hood covers the aquarium, but there's a gap in the back of the hood that allows for cords. Should I cover up the back, with mesh maybe?

I think you should be fine with all three wrasse as long as introduced into the system at the same time. Territories are not marked and should be ok. Not sure about the comment left about the aggressiveness of the tonzu as i never had one. However i have seen three species of wrasse, in a 30 gallon. All were introduced at the same time. Currently i have a mystery wrasse but he jumps straight into my hood not sideways. But guess you never know

if you put them all at once then you will be fine, however if you do not they will get territorial.

I had 6 pairs of flames, 2 pairs of golden rhomboids and 2 male lineatus, mystery, and red cherry possum wrasse all in one tank and all were fine. I then added 3rd pair of rhomboid in my tank and the lineatus' did not like them at all.

Everyone is pretty correct here. I have had some similiar experiences.

The main thing I did that made it be less of an issue as far as "territory" - which is mainly sleeping dens, is that I moved some of the stuff around on the bottom of my tank so they all would have to find new sleeping quarters since they sleep in the sand generally. One of my Hawaiian's sleeps inside a rock that has a cave just big enough for him - facing straight up, its pretty funny actually.
Other than that, the only issue I have had is my Mystery chasing around my female splendid leopard till she died - which it could have been that she was already stressed out and he just made sure she went over the edge, who knows.

I'll be adding more later from Halichoeres, to Cirrhilabrus and Marco's.
