Mobius hydra connection issue with 3rd hydra /MXM

I have 2 32hd's and 1 prime 16.
I also have the new MXM and it is working.
I am having connection issues when I try to attached a 3rd light to Mobius.
I can connect 1 32hd and the prime or 2 32hd's without issues. I cannot connect all 3 to one tank. I get a failed to add device to network error.

I have had to power off my lights when Apex shows it is missing. Happened twice but not really concerned

I can create a 2nd tank and the third light will connect

Troubleshooting steps

restarted Mobius
Removed and reinstalled MXM
all lights have current firmware
turned off wifi
Reset all lights

Not necessarily surprised - many MXM users have been reporting a string of issues...
