Mobius issues

When connecting to Mobius sometimes the Vectra will show and sometimes the MP40 will show up but almost never together? Anyone know what going on?

Sounds like usual Mobius troubles. When similar things happen to me I unplug the pump etc and try again, or remove from tank and then add again. Hope that helps.
