Mobius Says New MP40 Is Dirty. Stopped Working- Help Please

Hi

I just set up a new tank and after 24 hours, I had one MP40 showing a red exclamation point in Mobius and saying it was dirty. I had about 12 hours of sand residue, but nothing crazy.

Is this normal?
Do I really need to clean it and if so just rinse it out or use the full citric acid deal?

Does that mean it is physically dirty or the confit is dirty? I think I saw a similar message once and I had to use the Troubleshoot menu item to verify the config. It found an error then fixed it by itself and it was all good.

The config is the issue. I tried the troubleshoot menu but it did nothing.

If troubleshooting —> Verify settings does not fix it, you might have to unplug the pump controller and plug it back in. You could also try changing a setting slightly so it has to download it.

Hmm I just rebooted all devices and that fixed it. Thank goodness.

A reboot fixed mine. Had the same message display.
