Theoretically would this work? 10 days in copper and then moved to new tank? In the 10 days parasites would be off fish and since copper was in water the parasite would die when hatched.

Yes, I tend to go with 14 days just to be cautious.

In theory the fish would be clean 7-10 days into therapeutic copper.
