Modifying the HMS mounting arm to fit the Radion

I had the 60" RMS arm on my 240 and got tired of looking at it sagging.
I went to lowes and picked up a 3/4" x 3/4" angle iron.
Painted it 4 coats of flat black.
Then drilled holes about every 10"-12" along the length of the RMS arm and the angle iron.
Used stainless bolts to clamp them together.
This really took most of the sag out of it and was a cheap fix.
Because I painted it black and the height of it ( above my direct line of sight) it was difficult to see standing in front of the tank.
This is the only picture I have of it.

Im think of doing it bought all the **** but not sure if I can get it to look good. the cord doesn't fit in the metal arms. Im still trying to figure out how to mount it.

The RMS is designed so the cord fits in the channels. I lost all the little plastic keepers so I made my own out of aluminum.
