Anyone have a modular marine nano overflow for their tanks? I'm looking for some reviews but haven't found any yet.

I'm most interested in:
1. Noise
2. Actual overflow performance and safety
3. Quality and look of the box

Also let me know how much GPH you're pushing through it!

Thanks!

I do not have the nano as my tank is a 210g. However, I do have a modular marine. I cannot say too much as I just installed it onto my new tank. So far, it can be tricky to quiet down. My pumps will change over for wave effect and it can sometimes change the noise in the back. The ball valve is the simple way to handle the noise. I did modify my piping, and that is what is causing noise from my tanks. Pretty sure anyway.

The design is really nice and hardly noticeable in the tank. (7foot long tank and 24" weir). So far no leaks. I have not had to take off for cleaning yet. Only been a week or so. :)

Well made and nice sturdy acrylic is used.

OH, gph turnover is, I have no idea! :) My return pump is in the basement and has a few bends to get to the tank. Restricted a bit to 4 outflows into the tank. The pump is rated at 1200gph, so I am guessing in reality I am getting closer to 850gph. I had to turn the overflow down a ton because it was too powerful. It would suck dry very fast and gurgle. So, these things can pull a lot.
