no its just the overflow box, either send the return over the top of the tank or drill holes for the return.

What size bulkhead does it fit

it comes with all bulkheads needed to make it work. 3x - 1/2 in drains and the i believe the 1.5 in for the tank hole.

little more detail from from the site. this one is the 800 gph overflow. however he just release a redesigned of the overflow. so there are a couple differences from the new design and this one.

Sorry I should have been more specific lol. I meant more does this one have 3 return holes already drilled in the box itself? Like it shows on the website? Drilling in the tank wouldn't be a problem .
