Its growing through other frags of everything, bullying other zoa colonies. Nothing stings it of course lol. Best way to trim it back?
 
Yeah, I'd (safely) pluck out as much as you want. You can also try and sell them...
 
Just yank them off? Run carbon after?
I personally have never done it, but I've seen people do it two ways.
  1. Take out the rock, frag plug, rack, etc... and hold it over a bowl of tank water. Using tweezers pluck the zoas off the surface and place into another container. Scrape away any residue with scalpel.
  2. Pluck off zoas with tank with pumps off. While plucking have another person (or you can multitask) siphon out water around these zoas (much like how you remove xenia). Then scrape off residue with a scalpel and siphon out.
