Moisture between silicone and trim

I recently drilled a 40 gallon breeder and have been water testing the system. When drilling the tank, I kept a hose running and now water seems to have gotten between the trim and silicone around the base of the tank. I have tried to let it sit out to dry and blew air between the trim but droplets still remain. Is this going to be an issue once I fill the tank and set it up or will it eventually dry up?

Should dry out. Just monitor and assure its not a small seepage

I’ve drained the tank and let it sit out in my garage to dry out. Another reefer said it could cause mildew and degrade the quality of silicone over time if not dried out.

Do you mean the silicone the manufacturer used to build the tank is water-proof and won't degrade from having the moisture on it until it dries?
