One of my 200w eheim Janet’s has moisture inside of it. Still seems to function.

Good or bad? It’s currently in my DT as it cycles, before I bring my main sump online, to where it will be moved.

If your other ones don't look that way, then I'd replace it.

Uuggh.

I bought it like 18 months ago but just got it out of the box a month ago. Sucks.

It's your call, it might be okay, but a heater does not cost too much.

Some reefer's put in (replace) new heater's once an year, as part of their routine.
 
I had one like this brand new. I filed a warranty claim with them and they said it was normal to have that inside the tube. They sent me a new one and let me keep that one. I used the heater anyways and it worked just fine.
