how much of moisture do you have when all the stand doors are closed? I am having close to droplets form on the ceiling portion of the stand for just one day. The sump doesn’t appear to be having a lot of bubbles and there are no additional powerhead.

I don’t think the tank is leaking as the other side of the stand without the sump is completely dry.

The moisture is fresh water or salt ? I have absolutely no moisture. I have a reactor hanging directly above the sump, not a drop of water on it. Water temperature at 78.

Hmmmmm. It looks like water I will put a piece of plastic inside to test it and see again.

if you have a vent hole using a fan moisture should not build up. i have a vent hole with some pc fans installed and i no longer have moistures under my stand.

What type of tank do you have. I had this issue with my redsea reefer p650 for a few days. I couldn't find out what it was until the wester / temp changed and it went away. So I put it down to a difference in temp inside the cupboard and the apartment. When the weather cooled down it would go away.

do you have this fan running all the time or is it controlled somehow. I may have to kat doing this. But I wouldn't want it running all the time. But then I guess that defeats the purpose

Red Sea 350, in the process of setting up, leak testing now

No fan, at the current stage I will plan on mounting a fan near the back where the pipes are to vent it out. Was just curious if I am the only one but it seems a pretty common. I am running my other tank with an open stand so

i have it run 24/7 its a low 12v dc fan $12-15 bucks on amazon. 120mm works good. if you get a good ball bearing fan it will be almost silent.

Assuming you meant something like these and I guess get a 12v adapter, hook up the positive and negative, boom!

My sump area is almost always damp. High condensation from the tank water temperature. It is evaporation. In the long term it causes things to fail prematurely and rust so it would be a better option to ventilate. I don't....
