Hello. Anyone know of any crab that will eat mejano? Any other treatment to get rid of them? The only thing that has worked for me in the past was some sort of butterfly fish, but after the mejanos were gone, it wouldn't eat anything else and eventually starved. I've tried syringes of different things, but they keep coming back. Thanks in advance for your help, as always!

Don't know of any crabs, but have you tried Peppermint shrimp? Squirting lime juice or a kalk paste is supposed to work as well.

Although I never had any luck with them, many swear by them. Berghia nudibranshes is another option. I finally got lucky with a Copperband Butteryfly. I realize they are hit or miss, but mine eats frozen as well as the pests.

Hopefully others will chime in.

What kind of coral do you keep? If sps dominant an angel like a majestic or goldflake will make quick work of majanos and aptasia. Problem is if you keep lps or zoas they will likely go after those too.
