I have a major infestation of mojanos and am looking to find a fish that will eat these things. Anyone have any recommendations? If I can't resolve this with fish I will be forced to tear my tank apart and start over which I really don't want to do. Ain't nobody got time for that!
Your feedback is appreciated.

I have heard that sometimes the CBB or the File Fish will eat majano, I have no personal experience with either fish with regard to eating majano. The Matted File Fish seems to be the most popular.

You can do a number of things to help bring down the population before adding the natural means.

- Cover it with a kalk paste (Just use kalkwasser and some water to toothpaste consistency)
- Majano wand
- Green laser

As far as inhabitants I've personally had good success with:

- Filefish - http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+30+2562&pcatid=2562
- Peppermint shrimp

I have a matted filefish now and it won't touch them.

Thanks for your reply.
The tank is 400 gallons and there are too many to use kalk paste on.
The tank is too deep for my wand and that would take a lot of time I just don't have.
Green laser - sounds interesting. I'll have to look into it.
I have that species of filefish in there now and the mojano population has increased greatly since adding it.
I have also tried peppermints - they worked well on aptasia but won't touch mojanos.
