Mold on Pro Bio S

Hello,

I have a relatively new bottle of Aquaforest Pro Bio S (exp: 09.2019). I just noticed the glass dropper, despite being completely submerged in the solution, has grown clusters of little white dots all over it. It looks like mold to me. Is this normal? What should I do?
 
Once opened the pro bio s should be refrigerated
