I actually witnessed it kill it. I was doing my morning checks a d saw one of my. Nassarius snails going into our caves... About 20 min later I was staring at my tank, looked into the caves with a flashlight and scared the shrimp off of the snail. The snail flipped over and tried to crawl away but the shrimp tackled it, flipped it over and then started to rip it put of his shell. Within 5 min he had it ate in half, and then 5 min later it surfaced out of the cave with the snail half way in its mouth/body and the other half hanging out of his mouth since it was too big to fit it all at once.
that day I decided he had to go.
Now every time the last 2 snails surface when I'm feeding the clownfish the shrimp will jump on them and flip them over... Our shrimp is a bully.
