I think a better question is who can post a picture of the melting pot or monster_mash that is encrusted to more than a frag plug. I know there are a few, but with all the nice chalices out there, a few is what i would consider "not that many".

Honestly, if you really want "rare" chalices 90% of the people collecting right now cant get them. Why...? Because most of them don't know anyone and they are just buying chalices because it's the cool thing to do right now. If you have a ton of money you can get some nice stuff, but not everything. This same thing happened with zoas and palys a year ago. There is an "underground" group of collectors. I prefer not to call them underground, more like EXTREME collectors. Some of them post on here and RC, but some are also silent. Also not to stir up trouble, but you would have to be a VERY cool vendor or have known some of those extreme collectors before going retail. Most serious collectors prefer not to give up the goodies to a vendor. This is my opinion through experiences with some of the EXTREME collectors. And NO I do not consider myself an Extreme collector. I'm just a guy that knows a couple people.

Its been almost 4 years since the monster_mash was bought by a customer. I'll go out on a limb and say that the My Miami will be in more tanks that this has in that same amount of time.
I'm not trying to steal you thunder on this board Victor, so if you need me to sit back and not post good stuff than i will.
I'm not seeing the reasoning behind this thread really besides downplaying the MP and the MM. I don't think either are going anywhere.

I do agree on the MM being much harder to obtain then any other coral since the craze. No other chalice will be the same since we now have a lot more people interested in collecting chalice. It was not like this 4-5 years ago.
