Monti bleaching or dying? Is it fine?

I often mix high quality flake food with reefroids to spot feed corals. The fish will get enough. The flake food helps maintain phosphate and nitrate. 0s in these WILL cause a dino bloom.

Thank you! Nitrates and phosphate are the two things I am really having trouble with. They are always at 0!
