My monti has been suffering for a while in my tank and I can’t figure out why...it lost color a while ago and is now getting algae are these nudis on the underside? Thanks!

Nope not nudis, those look to be polyclad flatworms, which can also be predatory on coral.

Montipora nudis are beige white, very small, a bit smaller than a grain of rice and have tentacle looking "spikes" on their back.

I'd be checking out all your coral really closely, polyclads, unlike monti nudis/ AEFW can be predatory towards more than just one genus or even type of coral. Give every coral in your tank very close inspection, also, some polyclads will prey on both coral and mollusks/bivalves
