I found this tiny nudibranch on my glass earlier today! I don’t have anything I’m worried about him or any of his possible friends eating, but I still thought it’d be cool to figure out what he is. Any body know what species he is? Are all the tiny dark spots inside his body and cerata zooxanthellae?

#reefsquad @Katrina71 you might now also.
Did you get any new frags recently? If it was monti eating nudibranch won't it die off without a food source?
I got one frag about a month ago, and a couple frags closer to two months. They can live for quite a long time without eating though, especially if they are one capable of photosynthesis by utilizing chloroplasts or, I think, zooxanthellae.

They are some of the most beautiful creatures

My Big Booty Nudi. Over an inch.
I agree, very pretty and super cool. A hitchhiker? How long have you had it? I had a lettuce nudibranch for awhile and it was probably my favorite critter I’ve kept

I've had her a few months. She's been eating the heck out of some aiptasia. I've got babies in the tank too.

That’s awesome! She’s so pretty

Here’s a video of my lettuce nudi, he ended up laying eggs shortly after I got him, had dozens of little babies
