These are new, as u can see in the big one, broke it yesterday, but read it was all fine What’s wrong with it? Why is it grey and white like that? Remember these are less that 18hours old

Montis are fragile and break easily but they typically recover when in good conditions. I don’t know what color it was when you received it, but all you can do is maintain good parameters (including lighting, flow, alk, calc, mag) and watch for any tissue loss

It was orange, like the big one, I’m getting all the dosing equipment this weekend
 
Looks fine. I can't really make out the Grey and white you mention, you mean just the edges? The white is exposed skeleton from the breakage.
 
Assure flow not excessive or too slow allowing sediment to form, light moderate and vacuum not low or slk elevated
 
You are going to want to get that monti off your main rock. They will out grow and out compete those acros.
