Looks like just a regular green montipora? Can't tell from pic but if polyp has a diff color then maybe there is a different "designer" name.. or r u looking for the scientific name? Fwiw here is a pic from tidal garden that looks similar to yours.

Encrusting monti and if it has red dots, chili pepper monti. If all green, Green Montipora Palawanensis
