woke up and saw this in my tank this morning. Looks like some serious issue that is going on, anyone have a clue. I can't think of anything.

po4 = .085
NO3 = 2.5
CA = 420
mg = 1400
ALK = 9.6

Nothing near by that could sting it?

nothing to sting it there. only lighting change was reducing my blues by 5%

Your phosphates need to come down to a .03 or .02.

What about the white spectrum. It also most look like cyano

Hmmmm
#reefsquad anyone seen this before?

I really wouldn't worry about your PO4 too much. Did you maybe have a Alk swing at all? My monti do not like any kind of Alk swings.

alk has been rock steady for months 3ml dosed every hour, calcium swings a bit as i do weekly adjustments there

Could this have started since you began using the lanthanum? From what I recall lanthanum can cause issues if not used correctly.
been doing lanthanum for a while, but maybe, as i just do it into my skimmer and no filter sock

What mechanical filtration are you using to pull out what the lanth is taking off the rocks?
