My reef tech monti has grown out here lately, and just earlier this week something went wrong with it. It lost a bunch of tissue, but some how polyps remained in those areas. So I'm debating on fragging it or just let go and see if it will grow over the old skeleton. Thanks for any input

for me id frag all the dead pieces off. With Acros this has worked for me majority of the time if there is die off. If i don't touch it it always end up dying completely. Just make sure you dont leave any dead pieces
