I just found a couple over a couple of piece of Monti and digitata

I have throw all my Monti and forest fire digitata to the garbage
As I got no real High end piece

I wounder if this pest will hunt for coral like

Lepto
Setosa
Acropora
Millipora
Chalice

And how long without Monti I need to be to be safe again

Thanks in advance to everyone who will answer

Hey Kamikazereefer,

Did you witness any tissue recession on the digitata? Montipora eating nudis wouldn't have eaten a digitata, so I'm wondering if there is another pest at play.

I wouldn't have concern with any of the other types of coral listed as long as you only have montipora eating nudis.

Yes they are eating it I can clearly see the MEN eating the digitata at the base and coming up pretty fast

Thanks I will check all coral close
Cause my other coral doiing fine

You know how long till my system is clear of them without any Monti ?

I heard that if you triple flatworm exit it will kill off the nudis. Or perhaps that was for zoa eating nudis. Regardless look it up. I'm sure that some sort of dewormer will work on them.

In my experience montipora eating nudibranchs will eat all types of montipora.I suspect that they will lay eggs or live for some time without a host.Consider the 8 weeks hiatus at a minimum. For best results establish a quarantine tank for all your corals.
