Hey all

after feeding phytoplankton to my corals this morning I camp back to find my New montipora frag with white patches look very beaten up. It looked like it’s sweepers we’re extended or possibly the sweepers of another coral has landed on it and damaged it (thinking maybe my hammer coral?) just in case I moved the monti further from the hammer and now I just hope he pulls through. Any tips/ ideas of what could have happened?

Monti has no sweeper defense.
Who’s was close to him before.
Did that happen in a few hours?
How long has he been in your tank?
Keep in mind that the monti will extend Skelton (whitish) first, followed by polys later.

The monti has been In the tank for 2-3 days and was closest to my leather coral, second closest would be the hammer

I noticed the other day that my crab accidentally tipped my hammer coral over, so I glued him down to, maybe this is why it realeased sweepers?
