Montipora Bleaching please help

I have a big monti pora with a bleach spot. It has been in here for a month and nothing happened. Water parameters are good.

It is under my wave maker. Lighting is fine

One of my plating montis early on in my current system bleached some. Birdsnest was having trouble too. I attributed it to the newness of the system, and not tracking alk/ca closely enough. Getting more flow seemed to help considerably, as well (though not for the birdsnest)...
