I have a green cap with white rim, its about 7" by 4" its starting to grow on my front glass so there may be a couple frags 
you can have it free as I have another one in the tank. I will try to get a picture up when the lights come on

Kris, I don't want you to take this the wrong way in any way or form. I think you should hold off on any SPS for the time being until all your water params are right on check and everything is stable. I would hate for you to spend money on SPS and have them bleach out and die in a week or two. Just trying to help out. Nitrates as low as possible and Calcium and alkalinity nice and stable. Don't forget about the Mag as well.
