Montipora grey after battle with dino

After I beat back dinoflagellates my sps took a hit. My Monti pictured below went from green to grey. I replaced my carbon and thinking it could be from the Dino die off. Other possibilities are lack of flow and possible kalk burn from my ato. Has anyone seen anything like this?

No parameter swings things have been holding steady for the last month.

It recovered, the Dino die off really hit my sps.

I am have the same issue only to a more extreme extent after a battle with cyano.
