Montipora , growing or not doing well ???

Hi. All this is my first monti. Was wondering if the fact that all the edges are white is good or bad? Had in the tank for about 3 weeks.
Water parameters are

Salinity 1.026
Phosphate.02
Trite 0
Trate 10
Amonia 0
PH 8
