Montipora growth rate

Hi,

I'm looking to buy these Montis. I'm not sure about their growth rate though? Does anyone know? Do they grow as fast as the monticaps and digis?

Growth will depend on your tank conditions, imo. I have a two year old beach bum that is only about 3" in diameter. But other montis grow like weeds. These two look like slower growers like the beach bum, but could grow faster in your tank.

I just went ahead and bought the purple one. Yea the caps and digis grow fast! I heard the beach bum and the ones I showed here are slower and like you said - tank conditions. I'm keeping Acros and tank is stable and set up for them. Some are growing and and polyps are out so I'd say my tank is set up for any sps...hopefully . Thanks!
