Hi everyone, I added a red plating Montipora to my tank on Saturday. On Sunday I noticed a few white spots, then on Monday a few more. Anyway after watching from afar I saw my Aiptasia eating filefish casually swim over to it and start pecking!! So, needless to say he's in my sump now.
What does anyone think I should do? Leave it, frag it?? Will the spots heal or do I need to break it somehow to save the good flesh?
Thanks! :)

Doesn't look too bad and I assume it has been growing in your tank for awhile; I would leave alone and monitor for any changes in health.

I would just leave it to it unless it deteriorates quickly, possibly give it an Iodine dip if you are worried.
