Montipora Verrucosa.

Or are we looking for the fancy vendor name? Depending on the vendor, it can be called anything.

I will say I have a sunset monti in my tank, looks very similar. Do the polyps show as green?

No the polyps show as deep red and the skeletton is orange…

Not sure how this is called.. but theres a fancy name for sure.. :)

U think this will heal?
He just broke it by hand and threw it into a little box and told me I should glue it.

Yup it will heal.

Montipora is like a weed, it will grow pretty much anywhere.

I had a capricornis that I pulled off the rocks, scrubbed the rock, put it upside down, and in the back of the tank(about 25 par). About 6 months past and I saw a little bit of it growing on the rock. Fast forward another year, and the thing is the size of a dinner plate encrusting up my glass.
