I just picked a couple un-labeled frags. I think 1 is a montipora of some type and the other is Cyphastrea.

The montipora looks like it is plating, not encrusting currently but it seems like an encrusting type. Can somebody ID this?

Can somebody also ID the Cyphastrea? If that is indeed what it is.

That top coral is not a montipora, but an echinopora.
Thank you guys.
Never heard of echinopora before but I just looked them up.
It looks like it’s considered a chalice?
It’s a little harder to find info quickly on echinopora than most others corals I have searched for.

Should it end up puffier like an LPS or hard looking like a Montipora?

Echinopora is an LPS coral (in the family merulinidae), but it won't end up looking fleshy. Really mostly the lobophylliids (acans, micros, lobos, meat/donuts) are the fleshy corals.

That echinopora looks like a “Hollywood Stunner” which is a great beginner coral as it is easy to grow. However, it will develop very long sweeper tentacles which will kill anything nearby, which you should keep in mind while choosing a home for it.
