So over the weekend I got (I thought of it as a rescue) a piece good size Montipora from the LPS that was sitting on the bottom of the tank for weeks. So after dipping it I glued it up with Coral super glue, but have noticed it as lost a little color and tissue. This is close to one of the areas it was glued to. Its circled in the picture. I this common and know that some dont open and so on, but this looks a bit different.

Everything else is doing great and my numbers are normal thing to bring alarm. I have another Monti, Acropora, bubble and elegance that are all doing well.

Thanks

I noticed my monti turning a bit pale about 6mo ago. Turns out the light was just a tad too intense for it. I lowered it a little bit and the color returned over the next few weeks. I also noticed the color really popped after bumping my nitrates a bit.
