Did you just get them? I have 2 frags also that came from diff setups. The diff lighting in each setup made one brighter. Also one of mine is higher than the other; the one higher up is much brighter in color like one of yours is. I'd bet that if you keep them like that, at the same height and under same lighting/water conditions, they will slowly become identical in color
