Montipora Spongodes guidance

Hello can anyone give me the skinny on care requirements for these types of coral. I’ve got a tank that’s been running for over a year mostly softies and LPS. The Only SPS I have is a pocilapora( that’s doing well).

Medium/high to high flow and lighting (IME, mine don't adapt to lower lighting conditions like some Montipora can).

Basically, similar conditions that would make all but the highest light loving Acropora happy.

I have many colonies ànd frags of my spon godes coral. It grows really fast and is very hardy. High light or lower light it works well. If your close I can
give you some frags.
