needs some opinions here, I currently have a Nuvo 10 with high end shrooms and nems. only flow i have is a spinstream nozzle and my light is a kessil a80. I had 4 high end monti's from my old tank that i will be transferring to my nuvo 10. I have local reefers holding it for me at the moment. My question is should I be concern for my monti placement as flow is not as high? TIA

In the IM10 the flow is more towards the front of the tank if just using the stock nozzle. The spin stream will help but might not be enough. I would add an MP10 or another pump so you could increase/change the flow direction.

I think that’s a good call. I have not had good long term results with any SPS in my Nano. I have crazy growth in both the display and frag tank. Just too much maintenance keeping tha nano parameters dialed in, at least for me. I keep anemones, shrooms, LPS and zoas in the nano.

Mine is doing fine and growing. I upgraded to a Sicce 1.0 pump and a Jebao 4 power head. It really doesn’t need to be blasted on. My monti receives indirect flow. You can see by the rim it’s growing pretty. That’s a couple of weeks growth.
