Moon light Color

How come I get such good color out of moon lights compared to other lights.Thing really glow in that type of light.
 
It's all about color spectrum. Your moonlights are probably 460nm in spectrum which is much closer to the UV side of visible light. Think about how colors respond when you are in front of a black light, versus a regular street light:
