More fish,more food??

I added more fish to my tank tonight debating on if I should up more food now

first I had
One da Vinci clown
Falco Hawkfish
Midus blenny
melanurus wrasse
Fairy wrasse (specie unknown plan to find out soon)
Diamond goby

I was feeding one cube in the morning and another cube at night
..........................................
Now I have additions

Niger Trigger
Emperor Angel
Stars and Stripes puffer

should I start with 2 cubes Now? I only ask cause my clown fish and fairy wrasse eat like pigs and at the LFS I saw the trigger eat really fast and I want to balance everything else to give the puffer a chance to eat,but also I want to avoid Algae and ammonia

I had a skimmer I returned it back to amazon waiting to get another skimmer cause the one I had produced too many micro bubbles and got me nervous.

So advice please

What skimmer did you get/return and what did you replace it with? How long did you give it to break in? I would be careful on addiction all of these fish if you’re still at the breaking in skimmer stage

Your trigger and puffer will eat at least one cube themselves depending on how big they are. As the puffer grows he will eat as much as you want to give him. Triggers also will eat more than all your other fish combined.

Thank you, I was thinking the same after seeing the trigger eat like he did at the LFS. Should I try 3 times a day with the puffer then? I usually just feed twice but slowly to make sure everyone eats

I don’t remember the brand of them my husband ordered them and we only kept it for a week gave the other one back and tried another...they was cheap ones even after breaking in I would of never god rid of the micro bubbles it was bad

A skimmer in the sump, or hang-on-back? How big is the tank?
