More Hitchhikers -Is This Normal?

Last two pictures are of the same questionable critter. Sorry about the image quality (I’ll get better as time goes on, I promise). The tree looking thing is almost brown in color and might be deceased? Not sure about the wavey one. Thoughts?

Also, is it normal to pick up a few hitchhikers with new live rock? First time buyers and got 20 or so lbs and just started seeing some of this stuff. Maybe that’s why it’s a whole section of the forum? [emoji23] Thanks in advance for all of your help!

EDIT: I guess I should’ve looked at the list of common hitchhikers and read that thread. Pardon the newbie. Suppose that one we’re describing as “wavey” is a ball anemone?

First looks like colonial hydroids, second not sure, might be ball anemone.

We got the live rock from the Dallas North Aquarium
