I have a 72 gallon reef tank. Haven't been terrible successful with coral but prefer fish thankfully. Is it possible to have more than one blennie in an aquarium of this size? Thank you.

Yes it is. I have a tailspot and a flametail in a 108.

The tailspot favors rock work and the flametail is more of a swimmer.

So focus on a rock work / herbivore and a swimming omnivore. Check some out on live aquaria the post here to see it they will co exist.
