I currently have a tail spotted blenny and was wondering if i could add a Starry blenny Or would that cause problems. I have a 100 Gallon tank with plenty of hiding spots

Starry blennies are more aggressive than midas and bicolor blennies. The fact that the stigmatura is in first helps. But in a tank with a 48"x24" footprint I've had starry blennies behave aggressively, not just to other blennies, but to other perching fish.
Same here; starry, molly miller, etc. can be aggressive toward similar shaped fish. Maybe a fork tail or kamohara blenny which are peaceful and also have advantage of being captive bred.
