I have bought 3 under filled 10 ml. bottles of the np pro, pro bio s and coral e. I tried politely to contact Aquaforest representatives by email and private message but have largely been ignored. If you do end up buying aquaforest products make sure that you are getting the amount of product you are paying for.

Wow thats crazy. Never had that problem. Fingers crossed. But i will say ive been having issues with the dropper caps cracking. So annoying

First time I noticed this low of fluid level, in this new unopened bottle of Iron. Anyone know if this is the correct level for a new bottle?? Tried emailing the company but have not heard back yet.

Would poor out and measure but didn’t want to open it until I was told.

this is sad, I hope company stands by their product, it could be that their machine is out of calibration and QA should have caught this issue in production line...

Just an update. I did get an email from the company and they are going to send a new bottle. Issues with equipment happens, what matters to me is do they make it right.
