Most Common Tank Issues/Pest/Algae

Apologies if this has been done before, but I have been thinking a bit that since I am new and I have trouble distinguishing certain issues from others, maybe a thread with the most common issues might help beginners like myself.

I often see words such as "dinos" "ich" and such and once I read into them, it is super helpful, but why not just have pictures and a short description of each common issue that a new hobbyist might run into?

All I ask is that you post 1 or a couple (doesn't matter) pictures with a short description such as cause and how to treat the issue below so newcomers like myself and others can refer to a thread that has them, rather than searching out each issue on it's own.
