You can easily see the difference in spectrum between all of the colors.
Quick run down...
-24 Cree XP-E's on each custom PCB. (6 CW, 6NW, 6B, 6RB) I ordered the best bins I could get my hands on for each color.
-Each color has an independent driver to allow me maximum adjust-ability
-PLED Series Open LED protectors provide a switching electronic shunt path when a single LED in an LED array fails as an open circuit.
-Connector on each end of the PCB so no hand soldering was required
-Can run via PWM or analog 0-10v signal. 100% when I don't have it hooked up to any controller
-One 80mm intake fan, One 80mm exhaust fan
-RJ45/CAT5 connector to allow controller connectivity
GOAL - I did not like the look of any of the DIY LED options because regardless of how tedious and thorough you are with the build, there would still be wires for each LED. I decided to design something for myself that looked professional and gave me all of the options that the big guns have at a fraction of the cost. For the most part, I feel I accomplished my goal. I will most likely make another identical fixture to have a backup, and maybe implement a few added bonus features I learned along the way.
My new stand is still being built, so no FTS yet. Any suggestions? There is always room for improvement
